The newest town center in The Villages — Eastport opened in 2025 on 250 acres around Central Lake. Entertainment and recreation are active: nightly live music, the Olympia Recreation Center, and Bellaire Executive Golf opened in 2025. Commercial retail is still phasing in. Homes here carry the highest bond balances in The Villages, reflecting brand-new infrastructure.
